Collector-safe standard packing is included. Special handling or packing fees are confirmed before charging you.

Storage policy

  • First 90 days: free storage
  • Days 91–120: ¥0.50 CNY per physical warehouse item per day
  • Days 121–150: ¥1.00 CNY per physical warehouse item per day
  • Day 150: Action Required
  • Day 150–180: final action / manual-resolution period
  • Day 180: Final Action Required
  • Micho does not automatically dispose of, sell, or take ownership of customer items under the current policy

Storage does not stop natural material aging.

Air shipping

Approx. 15 days. When the longest side is ≤60 cm AND the second-longest side is ≤46 cm, no volumetric weight applies. Shipping is charged by actual weight, rounded using the existing route rules.

If either size limit is exceeded, Ask Micho to confirm shipping. The current production configuration has no verified volumetric divisor; no automatic volumetric quote is available.

Truck/Rail shipping

Approx. 30 days. Usually most cost-effective around 10 kg and above. Volumetric billing may apply. Ask Micho to confirm the available route and parcel requirements.

Sea shipping

Approx. 40 days. Usually most cost-effective around 10 kg and above. Volumetric billing may apply. Ask Micho to confirm the available route and parcel requirements.

Basic purchasing service

Purchasing and order handling, warehouse intake, basic arrival photos, safe handling, standard safe packing, 90 days free storage and parcel consolidation are included.

Basic arrival photos are simple arrival evidence—not detailed collector-condition, corner, defect, accessory or unboxing inspection.

Product price, China domestic shipping, international shipping, payment processing, Figure Care, reinforced packing and overdue storage are separate where applicable.

Second-hand purchasing

10.00% of product price × quantity. Minimum ¥25.00, maximum ¥50.00 per listing. Replaces the normal purchasing fee.

Goods may show prior use and retail-box wear. Seller descriptions and photos are the primary condition reference. Price and availability are confirmed before purchase; manual review or seller communication may be needed.

Returns and cancellations are not guaranteed and depend on seller/platform rules.
