Change-of-mind returns or exchanges must remain factory-sealed and unopened. If the actual item is damaged during transit, defective, incorrect, or a separate item is missing, email support@michoshop.com with your order number, a description and relevant photos. Manufacturing defects and factory missing parts follow the manufacturer after-sales process; any solution is subject to manufacturer review, approval and availability, and related international after-sales shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Minor box or packaging damage that does not affect the figure itself is not normally eligible for return, replacement, or refund. Severe packaging damage that materially affects collectible value will be reviewed case by case. See our Returns Policy for details.
